Ages 15 months to 3 years.
An instructor will guide the class while the parent leads the child through the stations. Each lesson is geared toward developing the child’s happiness, self-esteem and confidence. The lessons build over the weeks as the children learn rolls, jumps, balancing, stretching and other motor activities. This class is fun for the parent and child!
This is a 55 minute class with parent participation, boys and girls are combined.
Preschool & Kindergarten
Ages 3 years to 6 years.
Each lesson is geared toward developing the child’s self-esteem and confidence. The lessons build over the weeks as the children learn rolls, jumps, balancing, stretching and other motor activities. The gymnasts learn skills on boys’ and girls’ gymnastics equipment plus fun time with the zipline, pit, indoor playground, and climbing wall.
This is a 55 minute class with 6 kids per teacher, boys and girls are combined.
Lil’ Warriors Ages 3 years to 6 years.
Lil’ Warrior Training introduces students to three levels of skill which includes a mix of training in gymnastics, obstacle course maneuvering, and freestyle movement to build confidence, strength and agility.
This class is 55 minutes with a maximum ratio of 6 athletes per coach.
Beginner Girls & TAG Girls
TAG Ages 3 years to 6 years.
Beginner Girls 6 years to 18 years.
Your daughter will spend time working on the balance beam, bars, vault, tumble trak and floor. This class will teach the fundamentals of gymnastics while increasing your child’s self esteem and physical fitness.
This class meets once a week for 55 minutes with a max ratio of 8 students per coach.
Tumbling & Trampoline
Ages 6 years to 18 years.
Your child will work on foundations of tumbling and trampoline that will lead into advanced skills. This class is great for athletes who only want to work with these two events while building their self esteem and getting physical exercise at the same time.
This class is 55 minutes with a max ratio of 8 students per coach, boys and girls combined.
Ages 6 years to 18 years.
Our Warrior Sports Training classes utilize warm-ups, drills and training games from a multitude of sports, including gymnastics, football, wrestling, basketball, soccer, track, boxing, volleyball, baseball, obstacle course training, boxing and weightlifting.
Much like gymnastics, we believe this class will greatly benefit children in any sport they choose to participate in now and in the future.
This class is 55 minutes with a maximum ratio of 6 athletes per coach. Boys & girls are seperate.
